For his part, Sen. Lieut. Gen Nguyen Chi Vinh lauded the ability and experience of the Dutch Army in humanitarian assistance and peacekeeping. The two defence ministries have considered the UN peacekeeping cooperation as a priority in defence ties between the two countries, he said, stressing the need for the two sides to enhance experience sharing and exchange of delegations at all levels.
